Prereqs: Level 2 or higher in another apparatus. Students should have some straps experience and be comfortable inverting many times over the course of a class. Those who have straight arm inverts will benefit most from this class, but we spend time working on precise technique and so students still actively working on straight arm inverts are encouraged to attend.
