Aerial Pole Workshop with Lindsey Brown

Curated for all beginner and intermediate students. Previous experience of any apparatus six months-1 year required. THis workshop will take students through how to maintain and change their flying pole rotation pace, all while controlling their skills in the air. Come ready for 90minutes of conditioning/spinning and flying pole fun!

All proceeds will be going towards new flying poles for the studio!
