Flexibility

This class will focus on mobility and recovery with SMR, Self Myofascial Release (basically self message with a peanut ball) and active flexibility. After a long week of aerials our muscles develop knots and tightness in all the places, and in this class we will work on warming these muscles up, putting pressure on them to help teach them to relax and then with our new mobility we will work on our end range of motion! Great for any and all aerialist and acrobatic practitioners looking to aid their body’s recovery process.
