Aerial Hoop (Lyra) Level 2: Approval Required

This class is designed for students who have mastered the fundamentals of Level 1 and are preparing to transition to higher level classes. It is required that students be comfortable inverting from the floor and be able to hold their body weight in a pull-up position for 3 – 5 seconds. In this class, students will continue to build strength as well begin exploring inversion within the hoop and spinning. It is recommended that students wear tight-fitting clothing that covers the back of the knees, low/mid back, and armpits.
