(Includes almost 20 classes per week: Ground Based classes and strength only classes.) Classes include handstands, flexibility, strength conditioning, Chiinese Pole, tumbling, open gym, and aerial yoga are included) We are working on adding several classes to our ground based program!


PRICE: $200/month reoccurring charge on autopay. Upgrade to full membership at any time. No class rollovers, no package sharing. Minimum 2 month required commitment. Credit card must be on file. Subject to late cancel and no show fees. Reservations required for classes. Membership is good ONLY for the classes listed above, but new classes may be added to this list. If you move up levels, you will need to purchase a different membership.
Unlimited Monthly-Auto Pay discount $350 every month • Unlimited visits • Discounted rate for auto pay users. Contract required. Must give 30 days prior notice to cancel. This location only, does not transfer to our other location.

Must be an active participant in at least one show per year. (Show fees may be added on top of this membership.)

*Best to wear durable pants such as denim jeans, long sleeve shirt that covers the torso, and flat soled athletic shoes are REQUIRED. The brand Feiyues or wrestling shoes work best.
This is a static pole with a wide grip. You will learn how to climb the pole, and learn different poses suited for the beginner level.
