You must have the follwing skills in order to be approved to take this level:
-Pullovers with front balance/swan pose, 3-5 reps in a row
-Standing sequence of choice (such as arabesque or candy cande)
-Seated L-sit pull ups 3 in a row, required to be able to pull yourself out of complex wraps if needed
-10 second bent arm hold
-standing straddle inversions with straight legs 3x
-Infinity/Catchers wrao
-Comfortable spinning in backpack and sequences
-Beginner drops: bomb drop, backwards and forwards waterfall.
