By popular demand! Jessica Flores will offer her 25 hour SkyBound Aerial Yoga teacher training certification! In this training, we will explore:
*Yoga Philosophy (Om, Namaste, 8 Limbs)
*Setting up your Aerial Yoga Hammock
*Rigging
*Using Props
*Special Concerns
*Useful Harness Wraps
*Learning to Fly in Open Fabric
*Anatomical Cueing, alignment//benefits
*Aerial Dance Fundamentals
*Postures (descriptions, cueing, and photos)
*Sequencing and Stylizing your Class
Schedule is:
Friday, Feb 5th, 5-10pm
Saturday, February 6th 9am-6pm
Sunday, February 7th 9am-6pm
There will be an hour lunch break on both Saturday and Sunday. All participants will be required to take 3 Aerial Yoga classes (at their own expense) upon completion to finish the certification
